Online Psychotherapy & Counselling

Welcome to Hampshire Online Therapy

"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into

enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order,

confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a

home, a stranger into a friend."

— Melody Beattie

Licensed Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist

How can counselling help you?

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, it’s possible to navigate them with confidence. As a fully trained psychotherapist and EMDR therapist, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings, gain new insights, and foster growth. Together, we’ll work through your difficulties, uncover fresh perspectives, and deepen your understanding of yourself. My approach is centered around empowerment, and I am here to guide and support you as you move toward meaningful change and progress in your life.

Mindfulness is a cornerstone of my therapeutic practice. As a psychotherapist, I am committed to helping you embrace life more fully, unlocking your true potential. Every session is a chance to practice mindfulness, leading to personal growth and a more authentic way of living.

Mindfulness-based therapy offers a powerful approach to dealing with difficult emotions and experiences such as anxiety, stress, and depression. In our work together, we’ll focus on building your ability to sit with and understand these feelings, turning what might seem overwhelming into something you can manage with strength and clarity. As our therapy unfolds, we’ll also focus on cultivating self-compassion and patience.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from the emotional distress caused by difficult or traumatic experiences. It works by helping the brain process and integrate these memories in a more adaptive way, reducing their lingering impact. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process, allowing you to reframe past events, release emotional blocks, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Together, we’ll discover how to embrace your authentic self, and explore new ways to live and express who you truly are. Using a mindfulness-based approach, and with my guidance, you’ll be supported on your journey toward personal growth and a more meaningful life.

Speak in Confidence

In therapy, you’ll be welcomed into a safe and supportive space where you can speak freely and be heard with empathy, sensitivity, and without judgment. This confidential environment allows you to explore your thoughts and emotions openly.

If you’re curious about what therapy involves or how working with a counsellor might help, I offer a free initial consultation to answer any questions and discuss what you’re looking for.

A problem shared...

Many people experience difficulties in their relationships, periods of anxiety or panic, mood changes, or feelings of depression. Counselling provides a supportive space to understand the underlying causes of these challenges and helps you develop effective ways to manage or overcome them.

I am fully supportive of everyone's right to express themselves as they are and as such welcome all those from the gay, trans and queer community.

Make better, healthier new choices

Working together, my aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you face. Through this process, we can explore the reasons behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and support you in making more balanced and positive choices moving forward.
